I met Ben, Christy, Lenny yesterday to rent a van parking space. Everyone there was friendly, very helpful. Ben efficiently prepared and explained all the paperwork. The parking lot is now organized and neat, much improved from years back. We certainly recommend these folks and this facility.

Came back here 8 months later to help move a friends car, the person at the front, KJ was very helpful and made it a lot easier since the battery was dead.

I rented a storage unit yesterday and KJ made things so quick and simple. I called 1 hour before closing and within that hour I was able to sign the lease and move my stuff in the storage as well. KJ answered all of my questions, gave me a tour of the storage and sign my lease within minutes.

I first would like to say this was the third storage I had been to looking for a small but affordable unit; so I was sure I wasn’t going to be happy BUT the employee behind the desk was great! KJ was extremely helpful and friendly. I got a good feel for the unit, and for a 5x10, it was giant. Safety looks to be a top priority here and that’s very important to me. My name is Ivan. I usually lease the storage from El Monte but recently they increased their rate and is not just one time so I decide to change to another storage. Getting a U-Haul at these places has never really been difficult, the process is pretty simple. But that didn't stop Brian Leal of Stor Mor from explaining all the details to us and making sure we had everything we needed. He was very professional, friendly and accommodating. And it's worth mentioning this was on a Saturday morning where people are usually grumpy : ) Will definitely go to this place again for U-Haul and storage needs.

I went to go look at a storage place to store some items from my home move. I was helped by someone named Ben and he showed me a place in the basement which was a great spot to store my stuff. The place looked clean and secure. I would recommend them.

Currently in the process of moving and I went with my dad this past weekend to check out some storage units. We were helped by Frankie, he was kind and made us feel like we were at home. We’re still looking around, but we’ll definitely be back to shop for moving supplies at stor mor.

Came here to pick up a Uhaul truck with a friend. Place looked adequate and clean. If you're renting a Uhaul for a day, you can park in the gated parking lot. Not necessary for this location, but good to know your car will be safe when you return. Knocked off a star because they never pick up their phones.

I absolutely love this place! No frills, cheap storage with great security. Prices may be cheap, but the customer service is top notch! I needed help with my unit today and Drew was such a pleasure to speak with and made helping me pay for my unit over the phone a breeze. This is the nearest facility that has parking space and i would definitely recommend this location. There have security cameras all around the facility and it is very well maintain. Ask for Miichele Nuguyen shes very help full

Personally, I would definitely recommend this storage especially the parking rates are amazing!! Storage fees is lower than public storage!! Great security, there is a watchman man on premises. Great for big vehicle parking in the back. Special thanks to Michele Nguyen, she’s great and extremely responsive in regards to my account, and I really appreciate the consistent communication. Would definitely be back to all my storage needs and food truck parking. Thanks again and god bless.

This is definitely the best of its kind in sgv, very convenient location, nice staff, open 727 everyday and you can book uhaul in advance to make it simple for you, remember to call in first though. It was well worth the drive. A guy named Edwin, went beyond the extra mile to give me excellent service. I felt like he and Stor-Mor, really cared.
